Our Client was considering hiring a new M.D. All prior hires were made based on verbal discussion with no analytics to inform their decision or the impact a new hire would have on the business.
- Scale Physician Group developed an analytical framework for assessing a new hire, which captured four primary revenue streams.
- Through financial modeling, we were able to identify the financial impact associated with a new M.D. hire.
We presented our findings to the Board who used the analysis as a basis for evaluating the new hire and they ultimately decided to move forward with the candidate.
Our Client will use this pro forma analysis of financial impact for future hires.
