Kylie Luff is the Senior Advisor of Human Resource Solutions at Scale Physician Group.
Kylie also serves as the Senior Vice President and Managing Partner of Seay Management Consultants, Inc., a full service Human Resources Management firm serving over 400 clients. After spending over a decade advising on HR related matters for companies of all sizes, Kylie understands that Human Resources goes way beyond hiring and firing – its core is bringing out the talents of employees through active listening and intentional and consistent structure.
Kylie specializes in developing Affirmative Action Plans, conducting management training, developing wage and salary programs, administering employee opinion surveys, creating employee handbooks, and assisting in compliance with employment regulations.
As a management consultant, Kylie has represented clients before the Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division, Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, National Labor Relations Board, Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs, Florida Commission on Human Relations, Unemployment Compensation Commission, and others.
She serves as a guest speaker for many state and national trade associations, writes articles on compliance with federal and state employment regulations, and conducts personnel management and labor relations audits for employers throughout the United States.
Kylie earned a degree in Sociology and Business Management from Florida State University. Prior to joining Seay Management, she worked in Human Resources for Health Central, a major Central Florida health care institution. In her free time, Kylie can be found volunteering at her children’s school, playing tennis and spending time at the beach.
